Feeling more comfortable with moving through an ORID conversation without looking at my prompt/script unless I really need them. I’ve been able to have more opportunities to practice this as we are nearing the end of the school year.

My time management and prioritization have been challenging in this period as the school year is coming to an end, and a state audit happened during this past month. I’ve been feeling behind on my fellowship work.

As the fellowship comes to an end, what are the things that I would need to do to continue to utilize all the methods learned in this fellowship to continue my growth as a facilitator and leader?
