In the last couple of weeks I facilitated a focused conversation around CQI with individuals that are not part of my immediate team. Despite some initial worries, the conversation went really well. I’m also finally starting to facilitate consensus workshops starting last week and in the upcoming weeks.

The biggest challenge has been following through with facilitating sessions during these last couple of weeks. My previous scheduled sessions had to be modified and I ended up just doing a “part 1,” but I’m planning on continuing the consensus workshops during these next couple of weeks.

I’m open to any more best practices for preparing for a consensus workshop, but also ideas to pivot when obstacles come up.
