Since my last meeting, I was able to do a ORID discussion with my parter to discuss what action steps we need to do this year in order to prioritize our health and home. This has been an ongoing theme due to a lack of work/life balance. We then did a consensus work shop with the same topic and theme the following day.

It was very challenging to be facilitating but also being involved in the discussion. I was getting a little bit confused as I am used to being in front of the room facilitating always to a group of people.

I would like to focus on having difficult conversations with individuals that I oversee that are not following through or completing what they need to do in the work.
