I’ve been able to facilitate more conversations and work shops with different groups, staff, students and community partners. The last time I spoke to Frances I shared that it was hard for me to get started and I was letting my anxiety get to me. She hyped me up and gave me the confidence to just go out and do it.

The challenges have been finding time and sufficient time to run a proper workshop.

I just want to continue to support all my staff and sites and prepare them to feel ready for the next school year. I had the staff fill out a vision board with me to reflect on this school year and to help come up with new ideas for the next year. When available I helped gather leads together and facilitate conversations and brainstorming ideas from their sites and sharing and giving new ideas.
