I’ve been able to practice facilitating ORID conversations. From December through February, I used an ORID script; from March until now, I’ve been facilitating those conversations without one.

I also had the opportunity to present at the CAN Symposium in Long Beach. With the group I was presenting to, I conducted a consensus workshop.

I’m working on the action plan. I’m currently planning the activity stations for my agency’s Block Party.

Action planning would be a good area of focus for our next meeting.
