Over the last couple of weeks I have become a lot more comfortable with determining which method is needed for specific situations (focused conversation, consensus workshop, action planning)
I was able to lead a quick focused conversation with one of the teams from my schools that I don’t regularly facilitate for aside from formal trainings. Also, I have worked on being more involved and outspoken during our meetings with my colleagues.

These last three weeks brought several scheduling challenges which resulted in me not accomplishing most of the goals we had discussed in the previous sessions. Scheduling/time conflicts included time off, spring break, events.

I’d like to discuss how to still accomplish our previous goals, but also ways to pivot when the workflow gets in the way of our plans or vision.
