I was able to connect with SCUSD Specialist, David Truong, about concerns that had been voiced by my team. He was very receptive and I have noticed him being more willing to be on campuses during programs. We (fellows) presented at the Site Coordinator Symposium in Long Beach and I was able to attend South by Southwest in Austin, Texas with Gion!

Making the time to intentionally give back to my team what I gained at both conferences. I am expected to provide my team with access to our google drive folder of resources but I want to find a way to make it more meaningful than that.
Current Program Manager at The MET– personal conflicts with school admin and trying to navigate her mental health through this period.

I would like to develop a plan or maybe just receive some guidance about how we can be intentional about wrapping up this school year and begin preparing for next school year. I was thinking we can use our Program Manager monthly meeting time to start the process.
