Since then, I have been more confident in my facilitation skills and leading a discussion without intervening in it.

I really struggle with eye contact sometimes with staff, and that does bother some people. I begin to focus too much on my body language that I get lost in what I am trying to deliver.

I would like to focus on communication and delivering difficult information / disciplinary communication with staff.
