I have been able to facilitate ORID conversations with my staff to help them work on certain tasks or projects that have helped us be more successful at our sites. I’ve also been able to collaborate with some of my colleagues and have obtained best practices that have helped me with making sure I’m getting my hours done.

One challenge has been prioritizing both these coaching sessions and the hours tracker. Another challenge has been appying the other methods I learned (I’ve mainly focused on ORID discussions.)

I’m open to any feedback with the next steps I can take to ensure I’m successful with completing the fellowship program.
