I have managed to log some hours of facilitation and they have gone well.

I would say, making sure I cover all the intended elements has been challenging. I usually do not get to all of my questions or steps in an activity.

To improve on not overcrowding my agendas so that the workshops flow a bit better and don’t feel rushed.
