I led my first consensus workshop with my team! It was a little rocky at the beginning, but my team is great and helped encourage the participation! My team is interested in the consensus model and were asking how they could implement these with students.
I also started coaching with Lupita, that was great! We have our second session scheduled for Thursday.

A main challenge has been learning all of the logistics of the new role and making sure to meet deadlines. I have set intentional weekly meetings with my supervisor, Gion, to make sure we are on the same page moving forward.

I would like to focus on connecting the steps between ORID conversations and Consensus Workshops. I feel like I have been treating these as stand alone activities and would like to have a better understanding of how to make them flow better.
