Successes since our last meeting have included planning, creating and leading two district-wide professional development trainings for our front line staff around leadership. We defined what we thought a leader was, explored their specific leadership type and reflected on how they could use their leadership type to benefit their work with students and their team.

Challenges have been getting into this website (login struggles!) and receiving meaningful feedback from our teams around the trainings.
