I have felt very successful with getting acclimated with my new team. All of the sites have been very welcoming and have very strong programs with super reliable Program Managers. I have been learning a lot when it comes to agency policies and procedures.

The only challenge I can think of is the ability to complete facilitation hours. I have connected with a few alumni of the program and they have shared a few ideas.
Recruitment/participation numbers at American Legion High School are also an ongoing challenge.

If we could focus on brainstorming for facilitation ideas that would be good. On a personal level, I am working on my work/life balance and developing promising practices when it comes to consistent communication with the team.
