One sucess I have had since last meeting is facilitating a Sumer Planning meeting and getting through the entire ORID and having a difficult conversation one on one with a coworker during a week where I was put as point of contact

Some challenges have been making sure the conversation is flowing while facilitating and not jumping in to talk

I would like to work on how to have more one on one conversations and see how the orid flow works for one on ones
