I think it’s been successful in helping to see how can I approach situations in a variety of ways. I think that has been my struggle as of lately because I am very occupied with work; I have been feeling as if I need to approach situations in a specific way and be sure to get things done right away so I can mark tasks off my to do list.

I think the challenge is staying on track and so without notes, I tend to forget what I may have wanted to say.

I’d like to continue finding ways to keep my conversations with staff and students engaging and dynamic, while still grounding them in tools like ORID and Consensus Planning.
