I would say one success I have had during my last meeting was I was able to confidently express myself when discussing things we needed to work on in the program. Sometimes due to me being so young I feel as tho I am not taken as seriously and that is something I have really been wanting to improve on. During the meeting, everyone was attentative and listening to me explaining the things that needed to be done before the end of the year and we were all able to have a great discussion.

I think one of the challenges I find with myself right now is that I tend to second guess myself on decision when it comes to leadership. I am currently working on a promotion this upcoming summer and want to improve on finding my voice and leadership.
