I have succeed in utilizing the ORID as well as consensus planning. I have also been able to show others these tools and how to use it effectively.

It has been challenging with keeping up of recording/marking the sessions I help facilitate. There has been many new developments within my position and it has been a challenge to take on all tasks.

I would like to focus on how I can manage my time and how can I utilize the tools to achieve time management.
