I have had a few opportunities to use the ORID strategy in meetings. In my opinion, it was successful. Practice makes perfect.

Challenges have been finding the time to have meetings, I had to get creative and try it out when the opportunity presented itself. The reason being that we are preparing for Summer School and there is a lot of logistics, and planning that goes into this. Much of this is done alone and then I consult with my team for feedback. I suppose I could use that feedback time for an ORID however everyone is busy and time is of the essence.

I’m not sure… continuing to put these strategies into practice so that they become second nature and I don’t put so much thought into it. (This makes it harder for me).
