I have put into practice doing grid conversations with a few staff who wrestle struggling with their site leader tasks.

I have not done a good job of delegating and time management I mentioned in lat coaching session.

I have also connected with a fellow from the directive from last session but they have not completed the coaching session- so we are currently working to get her to complete the coaching session by meeting up to go through the steps.

Challenges have been working out of survival mode and trying to get outside of the stressful reactive headspace- I will say that I scheduled a coaching session with Julie and it was very helpful- she recommended that I schedule my 30min think times and have tried to add them to my week. ( Although it has been hard to schedule them I have a new perspective of some of my needs and do take 10-15 min to settle into the news of the week) .

Now that I have had the time to reflect I have realized that I stay in the notes, or the information of the work I realized that I don’t have a point of action tho propels me to get thins done. This means that I put things on lists and as much as I try to finish it all I am getting pulled to prioritize some items that just drag the to-do list on. I need something to activate the “just do it” button for me, so to speak.
