I have started to lead more meetings and open up more about supports that I need rather than shoulder the entire burden on myself. I have gotten permission to lead more ORID trainings within my organization and am currently creating the trainings to lead.

No staff to support my program has left me overextended, as I have my responsibilities as a manager to keep up with but also have to maintain my programs quality and keep up with deliverables.
