I was able to create a framework around my ORID. I was able to have my staff answer pre- meeting questions to get them reflecting on what their last semester looked like and have a conversation of what their goals this semester will be.

Challenges was getting to collaborate with fellow outside my organization. They were going busy but I did let them know if I can check in again in a month.

I would like to create either an action plan or ORID on time management and/ feedback.

I would also like to review action plan and now that I had an ORID what can be the next step.
