Since orientation, my successes have been using the “Action Planning Method,” to plan, execute, and reflect on a “Lights On After School” event. I have also used the “Consensus Workshop” before action planning for a district-wide Holiday event I am coordinating.

Challenges have been using the ORID method because I take too long creating questions and end up leaving out some parts.

I would like to challenge myself to conduct a complete ORID before our next session, and fill out my spreadsheet in a timely manner.
