One thing I’ve been thankful for and noticed since orientation is a better understanding of my strengths. I enter spaces with them in mind and want to focus on how to strengthen them further.

Another success is that I have had a better understanding of why my colleague approached certain meetings with us a certain way. She is a Fellows alumni and is using these strategies we have been taught. I have enjoyed starting to tap into them as well.

Some challenges I faced was finding the time to focus on the strategies taught to us. I am starting to incorporate them into standing meetings and will have to continue with this moving forward.

I want to focus on building from where I currently am with guidance from the coaching.
