I have ran several ORID trainings/meetings with my staff and they have had more interactions and discussions from previous meetings held.

Staffing, scheduling, and overenrolling of students have made this school year difficult to take the time to do my administrative work as I have had to focus on maintain ratios and class behaviors.

Learning when and how to delegate task and what is the appropriate amount of follow up needed to ensure work is done effectively while maintaining a positive working environment.(AKA how to not micromanage when the tasks are not being done)
