Firs Session is today but I have applied some facilitation skills to my work since the Fellows in person orientation and I am planning on how to move forward with building skills on that while also planning an action plan.

Sometimes I find that the work keeps me in survival mode and I find it hard to shift to build on my personal growth skills.

Time management is something I find some self being good at, however I also know that there may be modes of planning that can help me achieve more meaningful items, not just the busywork.
