I want to highlight how beneficial it has been to implement the ELSLF training tools. Since the last meeting in Sacramento, I’ve been able to modify some of our organization’s existing trainings by adding different facilitation techniques. This has allowed our staff to better understand the information and therefore better serve our school programs.

Confidence and ownership. By nature I am a pretty reserved and quiet individual so walking into a room and leading trainings with confidence has been a challenge. I always feel as if I am not the right person to explain topics and that my knowledge is limited.

How to navigate imposter syndrome, owning the trainings I lead, and successfully getting people to buy in to the information being delivered in the trainings.
