My successes since the last meeting has been me doing an Orid during my staff meeting, and Being more of a coach than a trainer with my staff.

The challenges have been, wanting to step in and correct things instead of Observing then helping staff build on the skills they already have. Learning to have the Coach mindset is an adjustment.

Becoming a better coach and facilitator.
