Some successes since our last meeting are seeing my staff meeting differently. I was able to use the ORID method with my staff and go through the process.
I have also tried to develop and adapt some of the material I have to see if I can use the methods used.

I was really nervous when doing the ORID that it did not work the way I want it to be.

I want to see if I am plugging in the methods correctly.

I would like to focus on the consensus method and action planning.
