I have been more confident in wanting to lead an ORID session. I was prepared to lead one, however the time for the other aspects of the meeting ran over time so I was not able to facilitate it.

Finding the time to facilitate. We have had multiple staff/managers out, therefor needing to cancel meetings and I have been needing to fill in at many school sites.

I would like to focus on more consensus workshops and focus conversations. Also I would like to focus on getting on ideas on how the best way to break up the session if I cannot meet with my entire team.
