Having a more positive outlook on my new positions
-I feel out of my element because I’m not running program this year, but I’m overseeing a supplemental program over 3 schools in a district.
-Feeling more confident to facilitate meetings rather than do all the talking.

-Not running an after-school program
-Having to wait on others to make decisions
-not knowing the material (my companies)
-Not having enough staff in order for me to actually do my job

-I’d like to work on how to control my emotions and not let others dictate my professionality.
-Knowing what to say in debatable conversation
-How to inspire my staff to do their best
