PBIS for Expanded Learning Registration

STEP 01

Please download this excel document and fill it out completely with staff info.

You have two tabs located at the bottom of the excel document.

  • The 1st tab titled “Line Staff” is for your line staff or staff who directly manage a group of students. 

 

  • The 2nd tab titled “Site Leads” is for your site leads, coordinators, or academic leads.  Whoever manages the staff working directly with students should go on this tab.
  • If you have more than 40 staff members then break it down into 2 forms.Try to distribute staff evenly but still grouped with their school teams.
  • Please make sure to double-check the spelling of the e-mails and names. 
  • Make sure you include the name of your organization, course title, and the enrollment quarter in the title.  For example: “YMCA Long Beach PBIS Winter 2021”
  • When finished scroll down to step 2 to upload your excel sheet.

STEP 02

Upload your Class Roster

You have two more things that you have to do to complete your registration process.

  1. Select the time your teams will attend their team meeting.   (Winter Team Meeting Options)
  2.  Upload your completed Class Roster Excel document below

Things to know

  • Staff have four – 1 hour team virtual meetings to attend.
  • The whole staff should attend the same meeting and site coordinators should be there.
  • Your staff will have 3 options per week for their team meetings. If they are unable to attend any of those dates, you can utilize our self-facilitated team modules to do it on your own. No technical skills required other than knowing how to turn a video on and off.
